A caregiver is someone that you designate that has the same legal protection as you in that they can possess and purchase marijuana on your behalf. They CANNOT use marijuana for any reason. A caregiver should be someone that you trust and that can assist you in times of need.
To designate a caregiver you will need a copy of their ID and will need to submit their information on your state application.
