Our office is only open to the public on clinic days. Because we cover most of the state of Oregon, our staff works remotely and our physician travels to each clinic on the designated days.
We have created systems to make the process extremely convenient for you and does not require any paper forms. You will have plenty of time to meet our staff and our physician at your appointment.
