This is condition dependent.

Generally conditions which should have healed over time will not qualify a patient if the records show the last care received being greater than a year ago (Strains, Sprains, ER, Zoomcare).

We will review all records submitted for qualifications and do our very best to issue a recommendation as to what would be required to qualify for a recommendation.
