We do require that you send in your medical records in advance. This allows us the ability to prescreen and pre-approve your qualifying condition.
This will also save you a significant amount of time after appointment and reduces the visit cost. If your records do not substantiate your qualifying condition, we will assist you to obtain the proper medical records.
